Young Addaction

In February 2009 Sara Masters and Charlotte George worked alongside Addaction  UK to create a short film about the everyday experiences of young people in the community. The film will be used to help train GPs and other service providers on how they can better serve young peoples’ needs.

The final product used a mixture of comedy sketches, interviews and vox pops to give viewers a sense of what it is like for young people with substance use problems to access services in the community. The young people who participated in the project were imaginative, bright and enthusiastic so it was a great project to be involved in!
