Bind

“This whole choice began with her mum and my mum. When I was a baby. But this isn’t about me. It’s about Lilli.”

Exploring the links between human rights and the hotly contested MMR debate, Bind poses the question, ‘What duties does an individual have to their community?’

“This is excellent – it does a great job of suggesting the issues around risk, cooperation, responsibility for others and protecting the vulnerable.”

Richard Ashcroft, Professor of Bioethics, Queen Mary University of London

Supporting Citizenship at Key Stage 3, Bind toured London schools in winter 2009, starring Ann Akin and Sabrina Grant, with an original score by cellist Verity Simmons. The play was seen by over 2000 young people.

“I loved the play because I think that it was really well put together and both actresses were very good and believable. To protect people you love you sometimes have to make difficult choices. MMR may be the best option to protect your loved ones.”

Student, Harris Academy Bermondsey
